We were introduced to Lifesong before Katalis even had a name, and it was through research Lifesong sponsored that the mission of Katalis was conceived. What makes Lifesong a compelling standout in the work of orphan care is their holistic approach - from all angles and with open minds. Not only is Lifesong committed to providing a better life for the children in their care, they are committed to the bigger picture and preventing "orphans of poverty" from ever needing that care. They are using sustainable business models, creative education techniques, and family support to create a wave of impact - and that doesn't include the foster care and adoptive family initiatives they provide stateside.
